SHIPPING POLICY

We want your order to arrive safely and on time. That’s why shipping is free on every order to the United States. Once your order is placed, we’ll process it quickly and send you an email with your tracking number as soon as it ships, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Estimated delivery: 5-12 business days, depending on your location. Alaska and Hawaii may take longer, up to 25 business days. Every order is carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition. If your package is damaged, lost, or doesn’t arrive, we’ve got you covered with a replacement or a full refund. Questions about your order? RETURN & POLICY

We want you to love your Veyvora purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Your first return on each order is free.

 

How it works:

  1. Email us at [your store email] with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. We’ll reply within 1-2 business days with simple instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged, defective, or lost orders: contact us and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. For damaged or defective items, please include a photo.
